$28,600,000 Road Project for Smyrna

The Tennessee Department of Transportation plans to overhaul Jefferson Pike in Smyrna. The department says they will spend $28.6-million dollars to widen Jefferson Pike. The first phase of the project is between Nissan Drive and State Route 840. The first section of the road to be widened is 3.7-miles in length. The project will likely begin next year.
