2-Women Steal UGG Boot's from Belk's - Do You Recognize?

An aggravated assault was reported to have taken place in the parking lot of Belk’s Department Store in Murfreesboro. The incident occured after two females allegedly tried to steal UGG boots from the store. The incident occurred this past December, but police have been unable to locate the suspects, so they are now asking for the public’s assistance.

A detailed police report shows that officers showed up at Belk’s after an employee at the store witnessed one of the two female shoppers grab two pairs of $250 UGG boots and then leave the store without paying for the merchandise. One of the culprits went out to the car and pulled it around to the front door while the other carried the boots outside and got into the awaiting vehicle.

The Belk’s loss prevention worker confronted the females in the parking lot and attempted to stop them from leaving . That was when the driver accelerated towards him. The employee had to jump out of the way to avoid being hit.

Video surveillance in the store captured the two female’s on camera and police have released the footage in hopes of someone identifying them.
