21-Year Old Accused of Inappropriate Behavior With Two Middle School Girls

Two juvenile females evidently left school early to hang out with a 21-year old man. According to a police report filed on November 12th, Trey J. Welch picked the two females up outside their school earlier this month. The two girls told Welch that they were hiding in a tree line after leaving the school before morning classes.

Welch allegedly took the juveniles to the store to purchase cigarettes and then took them back to his apartment. The report shows that once in the apartment, Welch is accused of massaging the two girls and removing their bras.

Welch was charged with two counts of sexual battery and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
