A 22-year old Murfreesboro man has been arrested after admitting to having intercourse with a 14-year old child. Patrick McCready, who lives on Wenlon Drive, allegedly had intercourse with the female child while she was at his apartment. The investigation report went on to state, "She had been staying at his apartment all weekend with her sister and a male."

McCready will be in court on January 28, 2015. He was officially charged with "Statutory Rape."
