A Murfreesboro man has been nabbed for the 9th time with a charge of “Driving on a Suspended License.” Darius R. James, who has only been driving for the past 8-years, was pulled over because of a noise violation on Middle Tennessee Boulevard.

Police pulled in behind the 24-year old and ran his tag number. That was when they found out the tag was supposed to be on a Ford Explorer and not an Oldsmobile. James also had a warrant for his arrest for previously violating his probation for… “Driving on a Suspended License.”

James was booked into the local jail and later released after posting a $2,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on September 2, 2014.
