A Christiana man has been charged with his third DUI. 47-year old Kerry Smotherman was pulled over in Murfreesboro for a broken tail light on South Church Street earlier this week. It was also his ninth driving on a revoked license offense. According to reports, Smotherman failed field sobriety tests after appearing intoxicated with slurred speech. Smotherman was booked into the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center and was released on an eight-thousand dollar bond. He'll answer to charges on November 15th.
