A 40-year old Murfreesboro man has been arrested for allegedly committing aggravated sexual battery on a child under the age of 13. According to a police report dated May 9th, Kevin D. Jaco inappropriately touched an 8-year old girl and exposed himself to her on several occasions. The 1611 Kenneth Avenue resident was indicted by a May grand jury. Jaco, who told police he was a professional landscaper, was also charged with solicitation for aggravated sexual battery. He was booked in the county jail under a $150-thousand bond. He will make his first court appearance on May 21st.
