56-Year Old Man Charged with Rape

PrintA 56-year old Murfreesboro man charged with rape is being held in the local jail after being arrested on the 19th of this month. The victim told police that after Bert Leon Moton allegedly raped her, she ran out of his Benley Street home and to safety. Moton will face the judge on February 28th in General Sessions Court.
