An arrest in an aggravated robbery, assault and robbery is made by Murfreesboro Police. Thirty-six year old Brian Patterson, who is homeless, has been arrested after the alleged incident Saturday just after 5pm. The victim told police Patterson brandished a razor and told her to hand over her keys or he'd kill her. After going through the vehicle, the victim says the suspect gave her keys back and fled. M-P-D found Patterson hiding behind the Burger King on South Church and was taken into custody. Patterson will answer to the charges in General Sessions Court on August 15th and remains in the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center on $12,500 bond.
