Members of the FBI's Violent Crimes Task Force, with assistance from Murfreesboro police, early Friday (8/11/17) arrested suspected bank robber John Allender at an apartment on W. Lokey Avenue in Murfreesboro.

The actual robbery was reported in Nashville.

Allender, 61, is accused of robbing Fifth Third Bank's 1311 Bell Road branch Thursday morning. He is being charged federally.
