Annual Rutherford County School Resource Officer's Rodeo nearing

The Rutherford County School Resource Officer Rodeo will take place on March 1st and 2nd at the Tennessee Miller Coliseum. The arena is on Thompson Lane in Murfreesboro. The Friday and Saturday night event has proven to be a great success each and every year it has been held.

Tickets for the rodeo are available through your child’s school resource officer over the next two weeks, prior to the March 1 event.

The Murfreesboro Social Security Office has reduced public office hours 30-minutes each weekday. It is now open Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 3:00PM. PLUS: the office now closes at NOON every Wednesday. Social Security employees will continue to work their regular shifts, but this change allows time for face-to-face consultations as well as processing more claims.
