The 13.1-mile course starts and stops at MTSU's Dean Hayes Track and Soccer Stadium and the course is around the beautiful flat and tree-lined Murfreesboro historic district. PrintAnother newborn baby has tested positive for drugs. The child’s mother, Nicole L. Gilley also tested positive for narcotics. To make matters worse for the mother, she is also accused of abandoning her baby in August. The abandonment occurred when Gilley was asked to meet her DCS case worker in her office. When the DCS worker realized that Gilley did not have a car seat, the DCS worker transported Gilley’s baby for her. The case worker reported to police that Gilley never showed up at her office, leaving her baby in the care of DCS for five months. Police were not able to locate the mother until this month. The case was handed down to the Grand Jury and Gilley was charged with reckless endangerment.
