Murfreesboro Police and the FBI are looking for a suspect who robbed the SunTrust Bank on Greenland Drive. Murfreesboro Police Sgt. Kyle Evans tells NewsRadio WGNS the black male suspect entered the bank Friday at 2pm and handed the teller a note demanding money. While he did not display a weapon, Evans says he indicated he had one. A search of the area after the incident did not turn up a suspect. He was described as a black male, approximately 30-years old, between 5-8 and 5-10 and was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, grey sweatpants and black shoes at the time of the robbery. As a precaution, Evans says Reeves Rogers School was placed on a brief lock down.
