Around the same time a bomb threat was called into the Walmart on South Rutherford Wednesday, a robbery unfolded at The Pointe Apartments on North Tennessee Boulevard in Murfreesboro.

Three victims inside the apartment told police two men armed with what looked to be 9mm handguns entered their apartment demanding money and cell phones.

The two men were described as black males, one standing about 5'7" and the other around 6'2" tall. One man was wearing a blue MTSU shirt with camo shorts. The other a black shirt and black jeans. The unknown men fled the apartment and drove away in a Chevy Malibu with a tag number of #W75-68Y.

The subjects got away with two cell phones and $60 in cash. So far, the armed men have not been caught.
