A 19-year old Murfreesboro man is facing charges after allegedly threatening to kill residents of a Lascassas Pike apartment complex. It happened around 1am Friday morning at the Brownstone Apartments when Christopher Cunningham reportedly threatened residents and fired an air soft gun. He fled on foot but Murfreesboro Police were able to catch up with the suspect and take him into custody. Cunningham is being charged with multiple counts, including aggravated assault. He was taken to the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center and place under a 15-thousand dollar bond. Cunningham will answer to charges in general sessions court October 25th.
