Atlanta teen busted in Murfreesboro for Prescription Fraud

A 19-year old man from Atlanta has been charged with three counts of prescription drug fraud in Murfreesboro. The teen also faces a single charge of identity theft and felony possession of a schedule 5 drug.

Joshua Demarcus Wiley was apprehended after an MPD investigation. The teen was taken into custody while at Walgreens on Old Fort Parkway near Cason Lane.

As of Thursday afternoon, Wiley remains behind bars at the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center.

Arrested with Wiley and charged with Felony Possession of a Schedule 5 drug were 24-year old Rashad Derrell Rogers and 24-year old Thomas Gross, Jr. Both are also from Georgia.
