You don't have to be a LaVergne resident to participate in the father / daughter dance and regardless of where you live, your daughter would love you for taking her... The City of La Vergne’s Parks and Recreation Department is hosting its second annual Daddy and Daughter Dance on Saturday, February 8 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. in the Multipurpose Building behind City Hall.

Young ladies of all ages are invited to put on their dancing shoes and bring their daddy, grandpa, uncle, brother, or mother to the Multipurpose Building for music, dancing, games, cookies, and quality time.

“Last year’s event was priceless. It touched my heart to see so many young ladies being treated like princesses by their special dates,” said Mayor Senna Mosley. “This dance will be filled with moments these young ladies will always treasure and an experience they will never forget.”

Tickets are $5 per “couple” and are available at the Parks and Recreation office at 294 Sand Hill Road or at the door. For more information, call (615) 793-3224.
