It's back to school time for area students. Murfreesboro City School students will head back to the classroom on Wednesday for a half day of classes. Meantime, Rutherford County School students will have school bells ring for the first time on Friday for a half day. The first full day of classes for BOTH city and county students will be next Monday (August 8th). The county elected to start school a little later due to Thursday's election day polling at many of the local schools.
