The Blackman girls win the Class AAA Girls State Championship, defeating Ridgeway 65-44 on Saturday afternoon. They end the year 34-1 and also national champions.

Blackman and Siegel boys found out who they'll play in next week's boys state. Blackman will play Hamilton first up at 10am. Siegel will play Arlington at 1:15pm. Middle Tennessee men and women will play in their first ever Conference USA Basketball Tournament next week in El Paso, Texas. The Lady Raiders, the number one seed, will play Thursday morning 11:30 pregame. The Middle men, who tied for the CUSA title, will play Thursday afternoon at 3pm pregame. Click here for the brackets.
