How many times can one person be charged with “Driving on a Suspended License?” Fair question, but we don’t have the answer for you. We do however have a news story on the mentioned topic:

Murfreesboro Police decided to pull 42-year old Kevin L. Scott over after they witnessed him driving his Chevy down a sidewalk along Middle Tennessee Boulevard, according to an arrest report. The incident occurred at one in the morning and officers wrote in a report that when they stopped him, it was confirmed that he had three prior “Driving on a Suspended” license convictions. After receiving the confirmation, they added a fourth charge to his record that he will have to answer to in court.

During the traffic stop it was also determined that Scott had warrants for his arrest for two violation of probation charges. One, dealing with a Circuit Court issue and a second dealing with a simple drug possession charge.

The local resident was booked at the jail under a $29,500 bond. Scott’s court date has been set for December.
