BMW, Cash and illegal Mushrooms Seized in M'boro

A Lynchburg, Tennessee man was indicted in Rutherford County on two counts of selling a schedule two drug. The indictment came after several months of investigating Derrick S. Holden who was allegedly selling illegal mushrooms. The investigation started at 1706 New Lascassas Pike in Murfreesboro. During the investigation, detectives seized 1 pound of illegal mushrooms, a BMW, a computer, and $3,000 cash.  After the investigation was complete, Detective Jensen of the Vice Unit presented the case to a Rutherford County Grand Jury.  Soon after the indictment was generated, Holden was arrested.
