Bragg chairing Transit Alliance of Middle Tennessee

Tommy Bragg is no longer serving as Murfreesboro's mayor, but he is taking a presiding role as chairman of the Transit Alliance of Middle Tennessee, a group set up to serve mass transportation demands in a 10-county area.

Bragg says projections show the interstates are going to be full in 15 years. We're not going to be able to get around unless we have some way to offer mass transit. The former Murfreesboro mayor took the volunteer post in September and will serve for three years.
