A Waywood Drive woman working in her backyard found a bullet casing. The 34-year old woman called Murfreesboro Police after making the discovery around 6pm Saturday. Officer Darryl Sanders reports the woman was tending to her yard and mowing when the spent .45 caliber round was discovered. She surmised it could have been related to recent shootings in the area. Detective Larry Maples was advised of the incident and photos were taken.
