Burglars went to great lengths to break into an Advance Auto Parts store in Murfreesboro. Police responded to the Broad Street address where they learned that the burglary was not discovered until the next day.

The unknown subjects broke into the store by cutting the power to the alarm system. Prior to cutting the power to the main alarm, they cut the power to the backdoor and pried it open, making their way inside. They evidently used a torch to break into the store safe.

The culprits got away with over $2,000 and gas cards. So far, they have not been caught.
