Just another reminder to make sure you take those valuable inside when you exit your vehicle...

A resident at College Grove Apartments on Lascassas Pike in Murfreesboro called the authorities after someone stole her laptop, Garmin and cell phone out of her car. The theft was reported this past Sunday. Police say there was no damage to the car, which led authorities to believe the doors may have been accidentally left unlocked.

Another victim in the same complex had a similar story. The second victim also left a laptop in his truck, which was stolen. The unknown culprit got into the truck by sliding a rear window on the cab open.

So far, no one has been caught in relation to the "Burglary to Vehicle" cases.
