Business News: New faces at Pinnacle on College Street

Long-time financial services professionals Lolita Dickerson and Shahna Reilly have joined Pinnacle Financial Partners' College Street office.

Dickerson brings 18 years of experience to her role of collections and recovery support associate. She comes most recently from Citibank in Irving, TX, where roles included serving as a loss mitigation specialist and mortgage collector. Other roles included serving as a processing specialist for Regions Bank and administrative technician in the collection department at AmSouth Bank.

Reilly, with 25 years of experience, joins Pinnacle as collections team leader. She comes to Pinnacle from First Tennessee Bank, where she was a private client loan specialist. Previously Reilly was a senior credit manager for Exeter Finance Corp. and collection manager in loan operations and special assets at Tennessee Commerce Bank.
