31 year old Allison W Blair of Cannon County was arrested and charged with Aggravated Burglary, theft over $1000, and possession of burglary tools. According to police reports, she went to a McMinnville Hwy residence and allegedly took two pistols an air compressor, metal detector, battery charger and prescription medication.  After locating the Blue Nissan Sentra that she was driving, deputies found the items in the car.  Deputies also found a small amount of methamphetimine on Blair and charged her with Simple Possession.  She was arrested and made bond.

Two days later, Deputies paid a visit to her residence at 197 Belle Hill Lane to make an arrest on David McPeak.  Mr. McPeak allegedly accompanied Blair during the burglary.  After arresting McPeak, the deputies found Blair on the floor of her bedroom with a zip lock bag beside her that contained marijuana.  They also found a prescription pill for which she did not have a prescription for.  She was then arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and filing a false report as she told deputies that Mr. McPeak was not at the residence before they started their search.
