A Murfreesboro man wanted for three charges of “Burglary to an Auto” was arrested during a traffic stop on North Tennessee Boulevard. Rhoney F. Almeida was pulled over because he allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign, according to a police report. Once stopped, a quick warrants check revealed the burglary charges.

To make matters worse for the 35-year old, he was driving without a license. Police confirmed the suspects’ identity and placed him in handcuffs. It was at that point that Almeida had a problem. The arrest report stated, “Mr. Almeida began acting hysterical and stated he had asthma and couldn’t breathe.” The arresting officer called for the help of paramedics, but the subject refused treatment and eventually calmed down on his own.
