David Wiltz, 52, was employed by Restoration Residential Services at that time to give in-home care to Mr. Sainvil.

On October 28, 2015, Mr. Sainvil was transported to the hospital, and was pronounced deceased moments after arrival. An autopsy determined the manner of death was a homicide caused by blunt force neck injuries. During the course of the investigation, Agents developed information that David Wiltz was the individual responsible for the injuries the victim sustained.

On May 9th, the Davidson County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Wiltz with one count of Second Degree Murder. Friday night, Wiltz was arrested by a TBI Special Agent and transported by a Metro police officer to the Davidson County Jail, where he was booked on a $25,000 bond.
