Carl Holt has joined Roscoe Brown, Inc. as Comfort and Energy Savings Consultant in the Murfreesboro headquarters office of the company. 

 “We are pleased to welcome Carl to our team," said Roscoe Brown, Inc. President Norman Brown.  "Carl will be working with our customers to make sure they have the year-round support and services they need for their heating and cooling systems, as well as other energy systems in their homes.  Our goal is always to serve our customers with full solutions for their comfort needs."

 Holt is a middle Tennessee native, a Stratford High School graduate, and studied at the University of Tennessee.  He also completed course work at Carrier Air Conditioning Service School and three Allen-Bradley vocational schools to include Industrial Control School, P.C. School, and MAPS School in Wisconsin and Georgia.  Holt then branched out into the engineering industry and opened his own business in mechanics, sales and consulting for the heating and cooling industry.  Holt most recently worked as a business coach for HVAC companies throughout the United States and Canada, teaching business sales and customer service, for heating and cooling contractors.

Holt brings strong leadership skills and valued certifications to his position at Roscoe Brown to include Chloro Fluro Carbon (CFC) certification in Proper Refrigerant Usage, Home Energy Rating System (HERS) certification, and a State of Tennessee electrical license.
