A man who was accused of dragging his dog behind his car in LaVergne has decided to waive his case, which means the case will go before the Grand Jury of Rutherford County.

Arrested was 42-year old Timothy C. Sams. He was charged with aggravated animal cruelty and resisting a stop/frisk/arrest after the incident occurred on March 8, 2015.
