Do you have health care coverage? If not, you may be eligible for special enrollment until April 30, 2015, on the Health Insurance Marketplace, according to Jillian Polkow at the St. Louise Family Medicine Center, 1020 North Highland Avenue.

She explained to NewsRadio WGNS, "If you have recently experienced a life changing event, such as a recent move, marriage, a birth or adoption of a child, lost coverage due to a divorce or a change of job? You have 60 days after a life-changing event to make the choice to get covered."

Polkow stressed that there is no cost involved in determining whether or not you are eligible.
