A 21-year old Chippendale Drive man faces multiple drug charges after being stopped by Murfreesboro Police on East College Street. Officer Westley Hall reports he pulled over Dakota Easton Martin around 6:30 Sunday night for not wearing a seat belt. That's when the officer reportedly saw him frantically moving to both sides of his car.

Officer Hall then asked Martin if he had anything illegal on him or in the car. That's when he allegedly told the officer he had marijuana in his pocket. That prompted a probable cause search, which also turned up a metal pipe, digital scales and about 10-and-a-half grams of marijuana. Martin also admitted to the officer selling some of the marijuana earlier in the day.

Martin was jailed on charges of manufacture, delivery and sale of marijuana and possession of drug parapharnalia. He has a March 24th court date in General Sessions Court.
