A Christiana man faces several drug charges after a traffic stop by Murfreesboro Police. Officer Megan Benson reports 18-year old Trent Campbell Perry of Miller Road was stopped for a traffic violation on East Main at Middle Tennessee Saturday night just after 10:30. After noticing Perry had to brace himself against the door and was lethargic, a field sobriety test was performed.

After placing the suspect under arrest, a check of his vehicle turned up Xanax bars, marijuana and other drug paraphernalia. Perry will be in court on February 23rd to answer to all of the charges and was placed in jail on a four-thousand dollar bond.
