The Rutherford County Farmer's Market has free classes that begin at 9 a.m. in the Lane Agri-Park Community Center this Tuesday and Friday. The center is located at 315 John R. Rice Blvd.

June 17
Stephen Camiolo, from Revolution Wellness will be the speaker this Tuesday, June 17 at the Lane Agri-Park Community Center during Farmer's Market. The topic is "Homemade Yogurt and Kefir." Both yogurt and kefir are cultured dairy products. Stephen will introduce people to the products and share how to make our own tasty and healthy fermented dairy products. The class starts at 9 a.m.
June 20
On Friday, June 20, Wilson County Extension Agent Justin Stefanski will review "Irrigation Principles." Justin will go over the gravity drip irrigation method which is a water conservation method. Not only does drip irrigation offer efficient water usage but also reduces disease in the garden. This class starts at 9 a.m. as well.
