A 49 year old in Murfreesboro has been accused of having child pornography on his cell phone. The photographs were reported by a co-worker of the suspect in Murfreesboro. Evidently, the co-worker found the cell phone in a work truck that the subject may have accidentally left behind.

After police got the call from the co-worker, they quickly took possession of the phone and logged it into evidence on July 1, 2016. As of Wednesday, July 6, 2016, no arrests have been made. However, in cases like this the evidence is often presented to a Grand Jury before charges are filed.
