The resolution passed by the county's Steering Committee Jan. 4th advocates not enforcing the U.S. Supreme Court decision in June 2015 that eliminated same-sex marriage bans in Tennessee and across the country. David Hoke, one of the men who introduced the resolution says it was not inspired by people in any other Tennessee county.
