Rutherford County high school girls basketball is among the elite leagues in the country this year. In fact, three teams from District 7-Triple-A are ranked in the top 10 in the country in one poll. The latest MaxPreps poll has defending state champion Riverdale ranked number 2 in the country. Blackman is ranked ninth and Oakland 10th.
