If you're cleaning the garage this Memorial Day weekend, remember the Rutherford County garbage drop-off and recycling locations will be closed Monday (5/26/2014).

Solid Waste Director Mac Nolan told WGNS News, "Rutherford County Solid Waste operations will be closed Monday. This includes the Landfill, Convenience Centers, school trash and recycle services, and the Recycle Center on Haley Road."

He did note that all would be open and back to normal hours on Tuesday (5/27/2014).
