Drivers who need a crash report from a wreck investigated by Rutherford County Sheriff's Office can get a copy of their crash report online, said Sheriff Robert Arnold.

People can download and purchase a copy of their report at www.TNBuycrash.com instead of spending time and gas driving to the Sheriff's Office to get the report. Law enforcement agencies also realize savings by reducing processing, postage, storage and retrieval costs.

"This is an option that allows citizens to obtain crash reports easily online," said Sheriff Robert Arnold. "It's especially helpful if you're from out-of-town and have a crash."

TNBuyCrash.com is one component of Appriss' CrashLogic™ program, which in Tennessee is known as TITAN (Tennessee Integrated Traffic Analysis Network). The program includes free software tools and services for local law enforcement agencies that help them collect, file, retrieve and analyze crash reports. Improved timeliness and accuracy of those reports results in increased traffic safety.
