The principal of Hobgood Elementary School in Murfreesboro received what she considered to be a disturbing letter in the mail. The letter was referencing the arrest of several juveniles who attended the school on April 15, 2016.
Police say the letter was actually on a postcard and it came from an address in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
As for the content of the letter, it has not been released. The postcard was seized as evidence. Sgt. Kyle Evans with the MPD said that the police department will not be releasing the postcard to the media.
