When officers asked Gentry to step out of the vehicle, police say they found a crack rock hidden under his hat. A quick drivers license check then confirmed this was indeed the 10th time he had been arrested for driving on a suspended license. His license was suspended for failing to appear in court for past driving on suspended license charges.

A female passenger who was with Gentry was transported to the Sheriff's Office for past warrants previously issued. Once inside, booking officers asked her if there was anything illegal in her possession. The report shows, "She told Corporal Sanders [female officer] that she had a crack pipe concealed inside her vagina and proceeded to retrieve it for her. She was served a warrant for a past incident and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Introducing Contraband Into a Penal Facility."

Passenger Kim Brinkley, age 55, will appear in court this October. Thomas Gentry will also face his charges of Driving on a Suspended License for the 10th time and Simple Possession of Cocaine in October as well.
