The dueling signs are back on the Ridgely Road side of Jackson Heights Shopping Center. No, the disputed signs have not been on the heavily traveled Broad Street side of the shopping center, but on the section that faces the side of Logan's Roadhouse.

That's the same side Property Assessor Bill Boner has his campaign headquarters. Ironically, Rob Mitchell's sign is less than 10-feet away from his opposition's office (see above photo).

These two men are both vying for the position of Rutherford County Assessor of Property. The incumbent Bill Boner is a Republican, and Rob Mitchell is a Democrat.
