A driver who allegedly drove past an apartment six times within one minute was pulled over for suspicious activity in Murfreesboro. The 22-year old man who was behind the wheel of the 2003 Honda and one of his passengers were accused of robbing a man in the area of Sloan Street off of Middle Tennessee Boulevard.

Reports indicate Jaiari Dunaway didn't immediately stop when police activated their blue lights and his passenger got out of the car and was placed in handcuffs at gunpoint. When the driver didn't stop he allegedly drove through the grass outside of an apartment complex, according to the police report. Near his freshly laid tire tracks officers found a 9mm handgun. A magazine that coincidently went to a 9mm handgun was later found in Dunaway's pocket.
