Eat Healthier, Linebaugh Library Class On "Food Labels"

Learn how to interpret labels on food and eat healthier. At 5:30 Tuesday evening, March 10th, Dr. Thea Carner will teach a free class at the Linebaugh Public Library (105 W. Vine St.).

Whole foods advocate Ann Wigmore said, "The food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison." Our population's health is in a crisis and getting worse. Much has to do with our eating habits and the ingredients in our food. This workshop, led by Dr. Thea Carner will help take the mystery out of food packaging and labels. Learn what ingredients to avoid and how to make smart choices at the grocery store.

Dr. Thea Carner is a chiropractic physician in Murfreesboro and a health and wellness advocate. She enjoys spreading the word of wellness through community workshops.

This workshop is free and open to the public in the 2nd floor Reading Room at Linebaugh on Tuesday, March 10, at 5:30 p.m.
