The Rutherford County Ethics Committee is set to meet for the second time this week to consider a complaint against Sheriff Robert Arnold. The meeting will be held Thursday at 5:30 in the second floor courtroom of the Rutherford County Courthouse. This comes a week after the sheriff's home, the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office and the home of Chief Administrator Joe Russell were raided by the FBI and TBI and the probe into allegations of public corruption.
