The families left behind after the death of an Indiana couple on their way to Bonnaroo this year have asked the district attorney's office to file charges. The parents of 28-year old Brandon Wilson and 25-year old Deja Morris have asked the D-A Bill Whitesell to reconsider his decision not to file charges against the truck driver involved in the crash. The Tennessee Highway Patrol cited Stacey Colvin, a driver for H-and-O Transport out of Kentucky, with failure to exercise due care. The accident, which involved multiple vehicles and even another tractor trailer, occurred around 12:30 on June 13th at mile marker 81, the South Church Street exit, on I-24.
