Farmers Market this week in Murfreesboro

The Rutherford County Farmers' Market is open Tuesdays and Fridays from 7 a.m. to noon at the Lane Agri-Park Community Center, 315 John R. Rice Blvd, Murfreesboro. As always, it is a producer only market.

Tuesday:
"Nature Weaving" is the class on Tuesday, Oct. 6th. The class is presented by artist Catie Beth Thomas. She will showcase using scraps of fabric,shells, and dried flowers into a woven piece of art. Attendees are encouraged to participate! This Rutherford County Farmer's Market class is free and begins at 9 a.m. in the Lane Agri-Park Community Center, located at 315 John R. Rice Blvd.
Friday:
On Friday, October 9th, the topic is "Lasagna Gardening" given by Certified Master Gardener Linda Lindquist. This class is about creating a healthy, organic bed with a very simple method. This event is free and is from 9 a.m.to noon in the Lane Agri-Park Community Center, located at 315 John R. Rice Blvd.
