The City of La Vergne has received a HOME grant from the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) to rehabilitate owner-occupied homes. Interested homeowners who reside inside the city limits are invited to attend a public meeting to learn more about the program. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, November 11 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall located at 5093 Murfreesboro Road.

The goal of the program is to correct eligible substandard owner-occupied housing located in the city limits. Grant funding will be used to identify and correct deficiencies and return homes to a safe, sound, energy efficient, and sanitary condition. If your home is repaired, the City would assist you with a five-year forgivable loan.
