A 28-year old Flowers Court man was charged with his third DUI. Murfreesboro Police Officer Seth Jackson was called to the Speedway on Memorial Boulevard Tuesday around 8pm.

That's where he found Andrew Peeters inside the vehicle, asleep behind the wheel. After waking him up, the officer reports Peeters seemed disoriented and confused. When asked how much he had to drink, the suspect stated "a few."

After failing field sobriety tests, he was arrested. That when two prior convictions of DUI were revealed.

Eaton was charged with DUI and resisting arrest. Bond was set at four-thousand dollars.
